continued to learn about focusing our attention using our eyes to watch and ears to listen in a easy sitting pose - “sukhasana” - represents “I am loved.”
woke up our faces and moved each facial feature while following the commands from a short excerpt in “Breathing Like a Bear” by Kira Willey.
learned 5 yoga poses - frog, cow, sheep, cobra (snake) & baby pose (pig).
practiced the 5 yoga poses while listening to a story called “Kiss the Frog” by Tony Bonning.
created a heart shape using material called wiki sticks.
showed our our love and met our breathing buddies.
shared who we loved or what we loved with our breathing buddies during our feedback session.
and acknowledged our gratitude - "Namaste" - thank you; “I shine my light in you as you shine your light in me.”
