learned about focusing our attention using our eyes to watch and ears to listen in a easy sitting pose - “sukhasana” - a mindful practice.
practiced breathing in & out of our nose and learned how to breathe like a “lion” - breathe in through the nose and exhale with mouth open and tongue hanging down low.
fluttered our fingers from our head to our toes as we engaged in a “body scan” and practicing the “lion’s breath.”
listened to a story call “ish” by Peter Reynolds - we continued to have a mindful practice.
engaged in a mindful painting experience - creating an “ish” painting.
shared our “ish” paintings with our yogi friends during our feedback session.
