listened to the sounds of a "singing bowl" - very similar to our "tingsha bells."
ffluttered our fingers to various body parts as we breathed in and out of our nose during body scan.
continued to further our understanding of balance while learning and practicing mountain pose, standing forward bend, plank, cobra, dog and frog pose.
practiced the sequence of poses (vinyasa flow) while listening to "Dance for the Sun" by Kira Willey.
performed "Freeze Dance" while dancing and listening to "Can't Stop the Feeling" by Justin Timerlake. Children froze into a yoga pose when the music stopped.
described how each one felt after today's session using only one word during our feedback session.
