Today we . . .

focused on the word "mindfulness."  

read a book called "What Does It Mean To Be Present" by Rana DiOrio - a book about mindfulness.  

learned the "frog" pose.

performed the "frog" pose while practicing being mindful in the moment - "sitting still like a frog."  

continued to practice the breathing technique called the "flower breath."  

and acknowledged our gratitude - "Namaste"!
