read a book called "Rain Brings Frogs" by Maryann Cocca-Leffler - a book about hope.

learned the "sun" yoga pose.

performed the "sun" yoga pose while dancing to "Here Comes the Sun" by the Beatles.  

practiced a breathing technique called the "flower breath."  

and acknowledged our gratitude - "Namaste"!
