focused on the word "yoga." Yoga is connecting the breath with movement.
referred to a book called "good morning yoga" by Mariam Gates - a book about yoga poses (asanas).
learned the boat, volcano, rag doll, chair and dog pose.
performed various yoga poses (asanas) to create a vinyasa flow - a flowing sequence of poses.
practiced a new breathing technique called the "bumble bee breath" - helps calm the mind.
relaxed while performing the do-nothing pose with our "breathing buddies" and "bunny masks."
and acknowledged our gratitude - "Namaste"!
