participated and moved our bodies while listening to the book called "From Head to Toe" by Eric Carle.
manipulated a "Hoberman's sphere" which we called our "Breathing Belly Ball" while we practiced to breathe.
relaxed with our breathing buddies.
practiced silence with our breathing buddies for 1 minute.
and acknowledged our gratitude - "Namaste" - I shine my light in you as you shine your light in me!
