discussed how we were born to be ourselves and be ready to show the world how amazing we are - so keep going and never stop - “JUST BE YOU!'“
listened to a story called “Be You” by Peter Reynolds; emphasizing the importance of showing our amazing selves to the world.
participated in a rain dance to thank the rain for providing us with water - stomped our feet (toe, heel, stomp), rubbed our hands together, snapped our fingers, clapped our hands and tapped our legs like a set of drums.
engaged in a rainbow breath to relax our mind and body as we thanked the sun for shining upon us after it rained.
played a guessing game - what’s in the bag? - set rules (feel, think and guess); discovered feathers in the bag; used the feathers to practice playful breathing.
chose a breathing buddy to relax in a simple easy seat and shared our feedback with our breathing buddies.
and acknowledged ourselves for our 3rd yoga class - I shine my light in you as you shine your light in me. Together we are amazing beings as we light up the world - Namaste - thank you!
