Today we . . . 

rung the synergy bell - “When you hear my chime, it’s quiet time.”

positioned our body to - “Show Me You Are Ready” - simple easy pose (sukhasana) with three collective breaths in and out. The third breath was the lion’s breath to wake up our mind and body.

reviewed what is yoga - yoga is everything - yoga is about being thankful for being you and for those special people who surround us.

engaged in gratitude breath - being grateful for our bodies - mind helps me to think; eyes help me to see the world; ears help me hear and listen; heart helps me feel and understand myself and others; body helps me take care of myself and takes me to lots of places in the world.

learned how to say thank you in sign language.

listened to a story called “Thanks from The Very Hungry Caterpillar” by Eric Carle.

practiced the gratitude dance while listening to the original gratitude song used around the world.

shared one thing we are thankful for in life during the feedback session - “Pass the Squeeze.”

and acknowledged our gratitude for our last class together - “I shine my light in you as you shine your light in me. Together we are thankful for our community with a mindful mind as we light up the world.”  "Namaste" - thank you;
